Calm and Capable in 90 Days
For the ones who hold it all together, and are tired of how much it takes.
A 90-day nervous system reset using breathwork, somatics, and nervous system education, so your body finally gets the memo that it's safe.
You can't seem to switch off.
You're the one people count on. Organized. On top of it. Three steps ahead.
And also...
Replaying conversations at 2am.
Redoing things other people already did "fine."
Shoulders up by your ears before you've even opened your inbox.
Resting, technically. But never actually resting.
Here's the thing. Somewhere along the way, your nervous system learned that staying on high alert is what keeps you safe. That's your fight-or-flight response doing its job a little too well. If you control everything, nothing can go wrong.
And it worked. It probably still works, in a way.
But it costs you a LOT. And it's not the only option your body has.
What you'll build
Over 90 days, you'll get to know your own nervous system patterns and build a personal toolkit to shift states on purpose, instead of white-knuckling it until the storm passes.
Focus
Channel that drive into clear, grounded problem solving. Same sharp mind, without the frantic edge.
Release
Let tension actually leave your body. Learn what helps YOUR system soften, so rest starts to feel like rest.
Connect
Come back to the moment you're in and the people in front of you, instead of living three steps ahead.
What's inside
Breathwork
Practices to shift your state in minutes, from energizing to deeply settling, depending on what the moment needs.
Somatics
Gentle, body-based tools to notice and release the bracing you've gotten so used to, you don't even feel it anymore.
Mindfulness
Ways to catch the pattern while it's happening, so there's a little space between the trigger and your response.
Nervous System Education
The why behind it all. When you understand what your body is doing, it gets a lot less personal, and a lot easier to work with.
This might be for you if...
You've been called a control freak. Lovingly, mostly.
Your to-do list follows you into bed.
You know HOW to relax in theory. Overthinking and perfectionism just keep winning.
You've read the books, maybe done the therapy, and still feel wound up in your body.
You're running on fumes, and burnout is starting to feel normal.
You want more ease, without losing the drive that makes you good at what you do.
In their words
"Maeve has a special way of weaving an experience together that introduces a new perspective, coming directly from yourself, that is completely groundbreaking, in the best way. She's given me the space to unlock emotions I didn't know I had - (after being in therapy for 10 years.) Work with Maeve and your life will get better - I promise you!"

Questions
When does it start?
Doors are opening soon. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to hear about dates and details, with early access before anyone else.
How much time will it take?
It's designed to fit into a full life, with practices short enough to actually keep up with. Full details on the weekly rhythm are coming soon.
Do I need any experience with breathwork or somatics?
Nope. We start from the ground up. If you've done some of this work before, it'll give you a deeper, more personal way in.
Is breathwork safe for me?
For most people, yes. Some conditions call for a gentler approach, like pregnancy, heart or blood pressure conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, or certain mental health histories. Every practice in the program comes with gentler options, and if you have any health concerns, it's worth checking in with your doctor before you begin.
Is this therapy?
No. It's education and practice for your nervous system. It can be a beautiful companion to therapy, but it isn't a replacement for it.
What is a nervous system reset?
It's not a quick fix or a one-time event. It's 90 days of teaching your body, through repetition, that it doesn't have to stay braced. You learn what your stress patterns look like, and you practice shifting out of them until the new response starts to feel natural.
Can this help with overthinking and perfectionism?
That's who it's built for. Overthinking and perfectionism are often a nervous system trying to keep you safe by staying three steps ahead. When your body learns it can settle, your mind usually follows.
